Today Apples project is developing in Display Touch ID for iPhone and it would happen as early as 2020.
They are testing Touch ID currently both inside Apple and its related supplies.
As a matter of fact the suppliers have proven their ability to do this but they haven’t any permission to mass-produce it yet.
The new fingerprint reader will be embedded in the display; a user can scan their fingerprint on a large portion of the display. The site believes that it will work in back to back with the existing Face ID system.
Apple has another plan for updating the Face ID for its next generation iPhone set to be unveiled next week; but those devices are not expected to feature Touch ID.
